I arrived at Certified Transmission in Bellevue fearing the worst and concerned about honesty simply because I knew nothing about cars. After the diagnosis and meeting some of the staff I felt much better and once my diagnostic was complete, one of the technicians told me "Do you want the best news or the good news first" All the while I thought I would have $300 to $400 in transmission repairs and it was simply a speed sensor unplugged that was causing my drive shift to not lock in. I am grateful that these type of people in the automotive repair industry are so professional with integrity. You guys are awesome and I would recommend anyone needing transmission repairs to deal with Certified Transmission.
